Several times throughout the year, Toyboxcovers participates in several off road and sand trade shows. We are looking for display vehicles that we can cover up, with our sandrail covers.   If you are interested in providing your vehicles for our booth during a show, you will receive a FREE SFS Cover and two free tickets to the show. Please take the time and read the terms below.  

1. 2008 Extreme Motorsports Expo:  May 16^th,17^th ,18^th, in Costa Mesa California
2. 2008 Sand Sport Super Show: September 19^th,20^th,21^st, in Costa Mesa California

1. The vehicles must be on the fair grounds at our booth, on Friday May 16^th for the Extreme Motorsports Expo and Friday September 19^th for the Sand Sport Super Show, by 10am.

2. The vehicles must remain in the booth until the end of the show and until it is clear to move the vehicles, on Sunday the 18^th for the Extreme Motorsports Expo and Sunday the 21^st for the Sand Sport Super Show.

3.  The vehicles must have no more than a ¼ tank of gas.

4.   A signed copy of this page must be faxed to our office.

5.   A photo of your vehicle must be provided.

6.   This is a first come first serve basis. Not all vehicles will be accepted. Only two will be needed.

Sandrail Terms:

The Sandrail must meet the following criteria:

• It must be a four seater car.
• It must not be larger than 195” (From tip to tip)
• It must have a rear wing.
• The car can be a roller (It does not need to run).
• It must have paddles.

UTV Terms:

The UTV must meet the following criteria:

• It must be a four seater UTV.
• It must have a four seater cage.
• The light bar and cooler rack are optional.

Toyboxcovers will not be held liable for any loss or damage of any kind to the lent vehicle. Nightly security is on premisis at both shows, which is provided by the fairgrounds. This agreement is based on good faith that the vehicle lender will provide the vehicle at the approved time and location.

* Please remove all valuables from the vehicle such as headsets, coolers, GPS devices and any other items that are deemed to be valuable or removable.

The vehicle lender will receive the free sandrail and UTV SFS cover at the closing of the show, on the last day. The tickets will be provided to the lender, when the vehicle is delivered.
