Warranty Return Procedure on RV Covers:

Reminder : Wind damage is not covered under warranty for any cover!

Return Information

All merchandise to be returned to Toyboxcovers.com must have prior approval before the customer sends the item back. You must first call us or email before returning any product. All requests for return authorization for any reason other than warranty issues must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product. We suggest you send all items back to us in a traceable form, whether it’s by UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, US mail, etc. The package being returned is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please allow one billing cycle for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

At Toyboxcovers.com you have 30 days from time of shipment to return an item for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges to Toyboxcovers.com.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in “new" condition.

Customers should have the following information available for a return included, but not limited.

1.       Original Toxboxcovers.com invoice order number.

2.       Product part number and quantity

3.       A Return Authorization Number will be given to each returned transaction.

All warranty claims will be handled by Toyboxcovers.com by calling 888.214.8928 Ext#4. Should a trailer cover be found defective, we shall repair the cover if possible. If the cover cannot be repaired, the will replace the cover once during the warranty period at the manufacturer's option.

These trailer covers are not intended to be 100% waterproof. Some water may penetrate the cover. In order to prevent mildewing of either the cover or the trailer, the cover is designed to allow trapped moisture to evaporate form within (breathability is the most important feature a cover can have).

Caution: Damage caused by high winds will not be covered by this warranty. In windy locations, the cover should be tied horizontally and vertically to prevent billowing. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover normal wear and tear and damage caused by improper use. The warranty is also void should the cover be modified by the consumer.

All sales are final when any and all types of custom covers are ordered. Returns of custom covers are not accepted, if your custom RV cover doesn’t fit properly, we will do our best to fix the problem. Shipping charges on all custom work will not be refunded.
