Return Policy
Return Information

All merchandise to be returned to Toyboxcovers.com must have prior approval before the customer sends the item back. You must first call us or email before returning any product. All requests for return authorization for any reason other than warranty issues must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of product. We suggest you send all items back to us in a traceable form, whether it’s by UPS, FedEx, Airborne Express, US mail, etc. The package being returned is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please allow one billing cycle for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.

At Toyboxcovers.com you have 30 days from time of shipment to return an item for a refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges to Toyboxcovers.com.

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the package. Merchandise must be in the original packaging and be in “new" condition.

Customers should have the following information available for a return included, but not limited.

1.       Original Toxboxcovers.com invoice order number.

2.       Product part number and quantity

3.       A Return Authorization Number will be given to each returned transaction.

 


 

Returns on Custom RV Covers:

All sales are final when any and all types of custom covers are ordered. Returns of custom covers are not accepted, if your custom RV cover doesn’t fit properly, we will do our best to fix the problem. Shipping charges on all custom work will not be refunded.




The covers we sell are used to protect your RV’s from the outside elements. It is just as important to protect your cover. When we make our covers, we install vinyl patching on the bottom four inner corners to protect against any damage from sharp edges on the RV’s.

However, there are other areas on RV’s that could cause damage to other parts of the covers. Take the time to survey your RV and the sharp areas on and around the RV that you think could damage your cover. It is the customer’s responsibility to take the necessary precautions to protect the cover from the generator exhaust pipe, rain gutters, side entry steps, and leveling jacks.

Always make sure that sharp areas of your trailer are properly padded or protected to ensure the longest life for your cover. The covers are equipped with grommets on reinforced tabs to take up as much extra material as possible. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN! Do not use bungee cords because they can pull grommets out of the cover. Throw the long straps under coach and buckle. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN! The luggage rack on the top of your trailer may cause water to collect and pool.

Suggested Items You May Use:

  • Hot water insulated pipe from local hardware centers
  • Water noodles from pool supply stores
  • Old garden hose (slit horizontally across the middle and secure over sharp area)
  • Tennis ball on the exhaust pipe



Return Policy for RV Parts (Non RV Covers)

If you are dissatisfied with an order and wish to return or exchange items, you need to contact our Returns Department by e-mail or phone prior to the return to obtain return authorization and a Return Tracking Number (RTN). (Items that are not returnable are listed separately below.) Items must be returned TBC (or the manufacturer in the case of drop shipments) within 30 days from the date you received the order.

Awnings and RV covers have different requirements, please see Non-Returnable Products below.

Although Toy Box Covers accepts returns and exchanges with most items, returns MAY be subject to a minimum restocking fee of 10% of the price of the item. Toy Box Covers will inform you of any additional restocking fees at the time of the issuance of the RTN.

All items being returned must be in new condition with undamaged original manufacturer's packaging and accessories. Do not write return numbers, addresses or any other marks directly on manufacturer's original packaging. These packages need to be kept in new and resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges. All items returned in non-resalable condition, or have missing parts, upon inspection will may be charged an additional restocking fee.

If the return is a result of our error or a manufacturing defect, you still need to contact our Returns Department by e-mail or phone prior to the return to obtain return authorization and a RTN, and have the items returned within 30 days from the date you received the items.


Non-Returnable Products

Awnings, inflatable boats, life rafts, software, electronic charts, electronics, cut goods (lines, chains, hoses, tubing, etc.), engine ignition components, custom control cables, clearance and sales items, and most special orders are not returnable unless damaged or defective, or in the event errors are made by Toy Box Covers , ShopRVparts.com or the manufacturer.

If you receive one of the above products and believe it to be damaged or defective you must contact Toy Box Covers 's Return Department within 30 days of receiving the product. Please see above conditions for return.

Custom or Special Order Products

Custom-made orders are non-refundable since the product is made specifically for the customer and the manufacturer may not be able to resell the product. This does not include defective products.

Goods Damaged or Missing as a Result of Shipment by Common Carrier

We suggest that our customers also inspect the items before accepting delivery. If products appear to be damaged in shipment, do not accept delivery, if your order is delivered without a signature and damage is found, please call Toy Box Covers 's Return Department immediately. Most carriers require claims to be filed within 10 days of delivery. Toy Box Covers and ShopRVparts.com work hard to insure that our customers receive their orders undamaged, and can assist you in filling a claim, but our responsibility for damage ends when the carrier accepts the shipment. Therefore it is important to quickly file claims with the carrier to insure that your claim can be documented for later reimbursement.

How to Return Products

To return products, please use the return form that was included with your order. Because your order may have been shipped from multiple locations, we require that you contact our Returns Department so that we can properly track and process your return. We will give you a "Return Tracking Number" to write on the return form. To contact our Returns Departmentl call 888-214-8928 ext #3 or email parts@toyboxcovers.com.We cannot issue a refund without a "Return Tracking Number."

Once you have completed the return form/instructions included in your order, please send your return, along with the return form and RTN, to the address from which it was shipped. This address can be found in the return form/instructions. Do not write return numbers, addresses or any other marks directly on manufacturer's original packaging. These packages need to be kept in new and resalable condition.

Please make sure it is returned within 30 days from the date you received the order. After this time period, items are not returnable. Our Returns Department will instruct you on how to return damaged or defective merchandise. For all returns, we recommend that you use UPS or other traceable means. If we do not receive the package, we cannot issue the refund.

Refunds

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your returned item. You can expect your refund in the same form of payment originally used usually within approximately seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of your notification. Please note: If the return is a result of our error or a manufacturer defect, we will refund shipping costs, however at a preauthorized rate equivalent to ground/surface shipping rates. For orders shipped directly from manufacturers, refunds may take up to a week or more after the order has been returned to the manufacturer due to the manufacturer's inspection and refund procedures.
