Contour Fit Sandrail Covers

We are exclusively offering sandrail covers in the same high quality fabrics that you would expect for your RV. Our sandrail covers will fit a wide range of buggies that are out in the market today. We offer these covers in SFS AquaShed, Gray Vinyl, Tyvek RV® and in Gray and Tan Sunbrella®.

• Overall length from the nose to the rear wing is 198"
• Overall width of the front tires is 90"
• Overall width of the rear tire is 94"
• Overall cab width is 90"

If the dimensions of your sandrail are slightly larger than our dimensions, the cover will still fit. Instead of the cover completely covering the tires, the cover will rise up and sit a little higher on the tires.

Our sandrail covers work on a wide range of sandrails that are manufactured today.
Funco, Extreme Performance, Suspensions Unlimited, Tatum, Dejong, Trick Racing.

The weight of our sandrails covers are approximately 15 LBS to 25 LBS.

Included Items:

• Each cover comes standard with reinforced vinyl patches to protect against tearing from the rear wing and the light bar as well as elastic corners to ensure a snug fit.
• Each cover comes standard with reinforced grommets near the front tire, window area over the motor as well as nylon string which can be used to tie down the cover.
• Each cover has three sewn in nylon straps along the bottom-sides of the cover which also help in tying down the cover.
• Each cover comes standard with one storage bag.

SFS Aqua-Shed

The SFS Aqua-Shed is a great dust cover for your sandrail. This fabric is 100% breathable, water resistant and it comes with a one year warranty.

Tyvek RV®

The Tyvek RV® has the highest UV protection of 99.8%. This fabric is 100% breathable and water resistant. This product has a two-year warranty.

Sunbrella®

If you demand the best overall protection, then the Sunbrella® fabric is for you. Sunbrella® is our most durable fabric. This fabric is 100% breathable and water resistant. Sunbrella® has a UV protection of 98% and a five year warranty.

Gray waterproof vinyl

Unlike our other fabrics the Gray vinyl is waterproof. It is NOT BREATHABLE. This cover is meant for short-term use in the field. Prolonged use of the vinyl cover may increase the moisture underneath the cover.
